This Sunday is Cinco De Mayo! Come and celebrate at your favorite hang out, The Black Lotus! Starting at noon, we will open the doors with a delicious hand crafted Mexican style buffet for our Mug Club members. Not a Mug Club member? Join this Sunday for only $25, or upgrade to our lifetime membership for only $100! Along with the delicious food, enjoy a beer or cocktail at our new reduced rates! We will also be featuring house made margaritas this Sunday, served on the rocks, the only way it should be!

As always, our Sunday Bloody Sunday Bloody Mar bar will be in effect, handcrafted mix made in house and served with our top shelf Valentine Vodka, its sure to start your day off to perfection.

A true winter warmer, our Belgian Tripel features three times the malt than a standard Trappist, ”Simple” Aroma and flavor runs along complex, spicy yet fruity with a sweet finish. Sweetness comes from both the pale malts and the higher alcohol. Bitterness is up there for beer with such light body for its strength, barely perceived amongst the even balance of malts and hops. Sip this and get it in.

The Shocker Scotch Ale 9.0 ABV

A winter warmer with a deep amber color as a result of its heavy caramel malt profile and an extended boil time. Like Scotch ales of old, this beer is slightly sweet with a mild tea bitterness and boasts plenty of belly warming goodness due to its high alcohol. Don’t be afraid of romance—This beer pairs amazingly with a bowl of our house chili and is guaranteed to stimulate the soul.
